Frog Symbolism & Meaning
Frog spirit brings us into a deeper connection with our feelings, perspectives and our ability to purge negativity from our lives be that “dis-ease” spiritual, mental or physical.

Can you please tell me what it means my husband capture a frog or toad he was in my basement big enough and was letting my husband without difficulty go into a plastic bag and he brought him outside . I had such a lovely dream last night – that I found a frog in the person I love house and we took it outside – it had been raining and there were beautiful rivulets of water running everywhere in this beautiful garden that felt so clear and cleansed from the rain and water. We put the frog down on the ground and I sat down on the doorstep looking out at this beautiful garden and clear starry night and began to sing a song to the frog, and all these frogs appeared from the garden of all different colours and they sat near me and listened to my song. And the person I love sat down next to me and began to sing too and we sat there with our head on each other shoulders singing to the frogs and the sparkling night xxx

I’m in a hot tub right now and that gave me a little bit of a shiver lol.
I’m doing EMDR for past trauma. At the end of a session she will take me to my safe place, which is an imagined area. This safe space, for me, morphs depending on what I’m dealing with but is always in nature. Today there were these little insects i was watching and a frog, and I had jungle today. I’ve always loved frogs, particularly as a child.

thank for this your information, I had a dream fetching water from a well as soon as I lift up the bucket some green colour of frog came out along with water. secondly. this is real life. I came outside my house in the cool of the day to take some fresh air, sitting close to the well I saw a frog jump right to my front looking at me I also was looking at him later he jump out of my sight to some where else inside the compound. I’ve had a very strange night… i discovered two of my cats playing with a frog so i picked it up and set it free a few houses away… and then went to bed with my two dogs in my bedroom… a couple of hours later one of my dogs was scratching at the ground and she and another of my dogs seemed to be looking at something… i thought this strange and got closer, expecting there to be a toy that i planned to take off them and to my surprise there was another frog!?! In nine years of living here nothing like this has ever happened before! i picked it up and found it bound in fluff and dog hair but it was alive… i gently removed all of the hair it was covered in (with tweezers)… and it seemed to very calmly watch me… occasionally adjusting it’s little legs… i then decided to take it to a wetland close by… I’m thinking that these frogs must have been sent to me and must have a message…

Recently, I was walking near a lake and spotted a BLACK frog sitting very still on the dirt road. I thought perhaps it wasn’t real until the eyes moved. Frogs, Scorpions and the Phoenix are all things that I associate myself with. I collect frogs. I was born under Scorpio rising and want a tattoo of my name with the Scorpion at the first part of it. And I really relate to the Phoenix. They all seem to symbolize that I go through renewal and metamorphosis a lot. It seems to be true. I didn’t think much about my liking frogs though. Since I loved the Frog Princess story as a child, I’ve always associated myself with that. Then becoming an adult, everything around me is frog. People give me frogs. I look for frog things. I have been lucky in FROG LOVE this year: I have 1 resident frog that’s been shaking up in my pond for months (he’s extra special as my research led me to discover he’s the endangered ‘Oregon Spotted Frog). I had a handsome, flashy tree frog living in my flowers for a week or so and just today I found a shy, dainty frog hanging out in my favorite flower pot my daughter made me.
I’ve always been a huge frog fan and spent countlass hours ‘frog hunting’ when my kids were just Ankle-Biters. I knew that they symbolized good luck and money fortune but after many recent encounters with them I had dig deeper and see if Mother Earth might be trying to slap me with some important message.

I was the first person at work, as I usually am, and after clocking in I was walking in the hallway, and looked down to see a small albino frog indoors. Very interesting all that I found out about the spirit of the frog. Three years ago I had a physical encounter with a little frog inside the house I was sleeping in the middle of the woods and all by myself. I freaked out the whole night with his loud calls or cries and in fear he would jump on me during the night. These happened for 2 or 3 nights and my level of stress was so intense, that when I return home I start feeling this pulling, tightness and trembling on the right side of my face and eye. The neurologist described as partial facial paralysis. It has been very hard to live with this and because of that I have since been releasing what the: “Frog cannot endure a toxic environment and challenges you to release those emotions (like anger, hatred, bitterness, etc.) that hold you back.” Only now after talking to a friend about it, he suggested that I check the “Frog” in shamanism and I found this. A lot that I read relate to me and the interesting thing is the healing part, as I am in the healing arts and a medicine woman, but my experience with the frog made me sick per say and I am trying to understand and work as I need to learn what I need to learn, to overcome this. Can a session with you would help? Have you ever heard anything like that before? Any suggestion or comment would be deeply appreciated.
Is there meaning if a frog shows up in your house dead? Like I did not know how it got in the house, did not hear it, it was dead on it’s back right in front of the closed screen door. The frog was a small one, but a pretty well fed frog large size for a small frog. It could be he was attracted to the warm house on a cold rainy day and he was a grandpa frog, then just found a nice warm place to die of old age.

Hi, please help me understand the meaning of dreaming with three frog’s on the wall
My sister and i havent really talked in about a month and for some reason last night i opened my door almost midnight and she was passing by crying over this dumb guy. so i stopped her and asked what was wrong. she explained and so i asked her if she had wanted to take a walk with me to the store cause i just got a check and needed to cash it. I dont usually get paid this late but my boss went out of town and just got back a little earlier, and i was suppose to have picked up my son that lives 2 hours away but didnt have the money to do so. on top of that it was my birthday the 24th and because i was stressing on getting him my birthday was horrible. i couldnt concentrate on anything and just wanted to go to sleep cause there was nothing more i could do and stressing was to much. was really wierd the timing of it all we started to walk and maybe a half a block away i seen something in the road that almost got smashed by my sister. i stopped her cause i thought it was a rat but turned on my phone light and there stood a big bull frog. the wierd thing about this is i live in the desert in southern California and i have never seen a frog out here ever. didnt know they could survive the heat like this it was like 108degrees earlier that day. first thing i said was wonder if that means anything, well i just looked it up and it said good luck. well i am a believer , got the money to get my son cause the store happened to cash my check even know it was so late , it was a long shot and when we got back my sister guy was back at home and one of my favorite people on this earth all the sudden called me to come pick her up. im absolutely in love with this girl and was able to hang out with her through out the night.. and now im getting ready to pick up my son,dont know about the rest of other people but to me this couldnt of turned out more greater. this is the best luck i have ever had and i cant wait to see my sons face when i show up.thanks for listenening
Gardening today and I opened an umbrella for shade and found a frog inside. The little fellow climbed up on the gardening cart and kept me company while I transplanted plants. He showed no fear of me and posed for several photos. I had a garden frog last year, too. Stayed the entire season living in the cucumber patch. They must be tree frogs. The area is damp, but no bodies of water. I seem to attract frogs. Do you think they are my totem animal?
So this is the craziest thing that has ever happened to me but please believe me …this is a true story. So I’m leaving from seeing a friend and it was kinda late. I’m walking down the side of the road to get to my car and out of nowhere something landed on my foot. And I knew it did because it was heavy, cold kinda wet. Of course I picked my foot up and shook it so then here I am using my flashlight off my phone to see if I could find whatever it was that landed on my foot. Then there it was, a big ugly toad. I remember thinking it looks like a toad but it was really messed up looking. It was brown and black almost resembling a nasty, dirty sponge. So by this time my step son had started the car to come up the road to pick me up so I didn’t have to walk that far and then he hit the toad. What does this mean? And the weirdest part is I feel as if a spell was broken or maybe even put on me. Does anyone out there know what this all means?

Today a tiny little frog was in my pool filter out of no where … i had just taken the lid off, emptied the skimmer and when i came back there he was swimming around in the skimmer area. I took him/her out and held him to move him to a safer location and he wouldn’t leave my hand. He just cuddled up in the shade of my fingers. I love frogs and this made me so happy after the stressful issues i’ve been dealing with lately.

At this very moment i was giving myself a strong potential to confront my crush at school and hoped that he would not reject me and when i went to sleep i woke up to something landing on my leg of course i didn’t move because i was afraid to crush what ever landed on me at first i though it was the little moise that would visit me everynight to sleep next to head during rainy nights but when i looked it was a huge frog more like a green tree frog but he did have a little brown on him and it shoked me but of course how did he get in my room ? A frog landed on my head as I was driving. My windows were down. I swerved wondering what just fell on my head. It jumped off and went behind the seat. I got home and caught and released It back outside. I thought how odd that a frog would jump in my vehicle and land on my head. I knew it must have a significant meaning.
My temporary living situation is in a camper. One morning I opened the kitchen blind and saw a large Cuban tree frog. It tilted it’s head and peered insidefor a few hours! It relocated and for the next several nigiht it stayed on the window over my bed. I didn’t see it for a few days and wondered where it went. Then I found it under my sink! I couldn’t allow it to stay in the camper because their slime coat is an irritant so I placed it on the underside of the camper and it’s now back on my bedroom window. The frog watches me. By law I am supposed to euthanize this creature but I feel it is trying to tell me something. Not sure what it’s message is but the past two years have been particularly difficult. Hoping it’s a sign of good things coming!

A tiny tree frog and her partner have come to live with me. The female lets me get close to her. She’s a tiny thing. They left for a few weeks when I took down the pool and replaced it with a larger one and I was devastated. Then, two night ago,around midnight, I heard her familiar croaking. Last night I heard it at 3 a.m. I went out and found her and her mate sitting happiily on the pool’s edge. unstartled. I LOVE these two. I am so blessed.
