- Shipping is free.
- Generally, packages ship out within 1 to 3 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
- If you require special delivery instructions (within reason), please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently only ship to the United States of America. International orders for the UK, Europe, Scandinavia, and Ireland may be placed through DEEP BOOKS, London, England
NOTE: All shipping costs listed on our website are for the lower 48 States only. Orders from Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. If at all possible, they will be shipped in US Postal Service Flat Rate boxes.
SHIPPING METHODS: USPS Priority and First Class
- All shipping is USPS Priority or First Class.
- We recognize that the care of delivery services and personnel can vary. Simply put – delivery damage can occur and is unpredictable. If and when damage occurs,we will do everything possible to help with the situation.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If the package arrives damaged, we will gladly replace the damaged items. If you decide a product is simply not a good fit you are welcome to return it at your own expense. Returns may be sent any shipping method and must be packed to ensure its safe return. Claims must be made within 5 days of delivery.
